• Osoul Investment Company (K.S.C) is a Kuwaiti public Shareholding Company engaged in financing and investment activities in accordance with Islamic Sharia’a guidelines.
• Incorporated during 1998, the Company gets listed on Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) in June, 2003.
•  The Company activities are regulated by Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) and follow the directives of Capital Market Authority (CMA), Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) & other regulatory bodies.
• As of 31 Dec, 2016 the company authorized & paid up capital is KD 18.8 million dividend into 188 million shares of 100 Fils each
